یکصد و سی و یکمین جلسه شورای راهبری و اطلاع رسانی طرح احیا و تعادل بخشی منابع آب زیر زمینی چهارشنبه سیزدهم آذر ماه به ریاست مهندس جهانگیر حبیبی معاون حفاظت و بهره برداری شرکت مدیریت منابع آب ایران برگزار شد.
در این جلسه ابتدا مشاور دزاب گزارشی در خصوص مصوبات سالهای اخیر شورا و نحوه اجرای ابلاغیه وزیر نیرو در خصوص تعرفه برق مازاد بر مصرف ساعات کارکرد پروانه چاه ها ارائه کرد.سپس اعضای جلسه به بیان نقطه نظرات خود پرداختند و در پایان پس از بررسی های لازم جمعبندی توسط مهندس حبیبی بعمل آمد.
